The Laguna de Apoyo is a natural wonder, a bowl seemingly scooped out of the Earth and filled with turquoise waters. We took 6 Sonadores for an all-day swimming trip here as a reward for their academic achievement and good behavior. Got the floaties out. Ate more pizza than is probably healthy. It was a much needed day of relaxation at the midpoint of our trip. It's also one of those fun, casual ocassions when you feel like this work is a family affair.
